<p>Classic Buildings provides FREE delivery to our customers. Delivery will go smoothly when proper arrangements are made in advance. Free delivery and setup includes one trip to the specified delivery location located within 50 odometer miles from the nearest Classic Buildings Sales Center.</p><p>Set-up includes leveling the portable building with concrete blocks and treated wood shims provided by the delivery driver; or ask sales rep about concrete Piers installed by Classic Buildings prior to delivery. Anchoring can be provided at an additional cost, cost of anchoring depends on size of building and the amount of anchors needed to meet code</p><p>Buildings are set at grade with ‘concrete blocks and treated wood shims’ used to level the building. Drivers will not set a building above 8” from ground level without an extra cost of $3.00 per block for ALL blocking used. Concrete blocks above 8” in height may require extra time and material which the customer must agree to pay directly to the driver at the time of delivery. The driver will level the building when it is delivered initially. If the buildings settle after being loaded with belongings this is not a warranty issue. If the driver is needed to go back to re level that will be the responsibility of the customer.</p><p>There are some things to consider for the delivery of your building. The truck and trailer that will be delivering your building may exceed 75’ in length and when loaded with your building may exceed 14’ in height. Low ranch gates may cause issues for the driver when entering the property. Low power lines and telephone line must be considered for the delivery of the building also</p><p>If another trip is necessary to make delivery, the customer will bear the entire cost of the subsequent delivery at the cost of $5.00 per mile (one way).</p><p>Delivery personnel are not responsible for the trimming of trees, clearing of brush or stumps, or the removal of fences &amp; gates or any other obstructions at the delivery site. Please use conservative judgment when considering ditches and/or tight access routes/turns on rural access roads.</p>

Each comes with choice of 20 Paint Colors 4 Stain Colors.</p><ul><li>LP Smart Panel Siding. #1 rated composite wood siding.</li><li>LP Board n Batten Siding. #1 rated composite wood siding</li><li>LP Lap Siding. #1 rated composite wood siding</li></ul><h1>Floor</h1><p>All buildings come with their own pressure treated floor system. 8' and 10' buildings have 2 4x6 runners with pressure treated floor joists 16" on center (14'-16' wide floor joists are 12"). All 12'-16' wide buildings have 4 runners. Floor decking is 3/4" Tongue &amp; Groove Advantech or LP Legacy fastened down with 3" hot dipped galvanized nails.</p><p><br></p><h1>Walls</h1><p>All walls are framed with 2x4's 16" on center with top appearance grade lumber. The corners are nailed together and the bottom plate is nailed to the floor. All framing is done with with 3" hot dipped galvanized nails.</p><p><br></p><h1>Roof</h1><p>All buildings are priced with a 30 year shingle roof. We have 8 shingle colors to choose from to help you match your house or other buildings. We also offer 21 colors of metal roofing as well, currently due to material costs there is an upgrade cost for metal roofing.</p><p><br></p><h1>Design</h1><p>All models are designed to withstand 140 mph winds and are licensed and approved for the state of Missouri, Illinois and Kansas.</p>
