Classic Buildings provides FREE delivery to our customers. Delivery will go smoothly when proper arrangements are made in advance. Free delivery and setup includes one trip to the specified delivery location located within 50 odometer miles from the nearest Classic Buildings Sales Center.

RENT TO OWN was established as an alternative to mini-storage. Our no strings plans allows you to have your own storage facility for your backyard or business, when and where you need it. The low monthly rental rates are comparable to mini-storage rates per square foot. You are not required to fill out a credit application, nor are you required to keep your building.

How long does delivery take after I place an order for a display model?
Most of our display models can be delivered within 15 business days if you are within 50 miles of the store where the building is located.
How much access is required for my building?
You will need 2' wider than the building you purchased and most of our buildings require 13' of height access. So for a 10x16 you would need 12' width and 13' height clearance.
