Return and Refund Policy

Change Orders and Cancellations:

A customer change order submitted more than 7 days after the order has been placed, will result in a change order fee of $165. Change orders are not permitted after permits are acquired. Cancellations after Classic Buildings has started the build process will result in a 10% cancellation fee. Rent to Own customers will also forfeit their opening payment(s).
